How do I return an item?

We want you to love your purchase. If you don’t, eligible items in their original packaging can be returned within 10 days of delivery. To set up a return, please use the Support Request form on this page and select “Return”.

Return Refund Information

Method: Credits can be issued back to the original payment or in the form of store credit. You will be able to specify your preferred refund method from the Return Center.

Amount: Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the return shipping cost (any shipping and handling paid at the time of purchase will also be withheld).

Timeframe: Credits are issued within 24 hours of the item being received and inspected. You will be notified via email when your credit has been processed.

What do I do if my item arrived damaged/defective?

We work hard to ensure items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please use the Support Request form on this page and select ‘Request Replacement Parts’.

What do I do if I’m missing items from my order?

If you are missing an item please check the tracking number and packing slip for that item. Items may ship from different warehouses and will not arrive together.  If the item was shipped and missing, please use the Support Request form on this page and select “Missing item”

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Did you receive a shipment from us that isn’t what you ordered? We’ll be happy to fix that.

Please use the Support Request form on this page and select “I received the wrong item” and provide details in the comment box.

We will follow up with you within 1 business day to correct the problem.
